We are a small independent pizza shop in south Sarasota. We serve some of the BEST pizza in Florida and maybe the east coast. We do most everything in house from grating and blending our mozzarella. We make fresh bread for our subs and dinners every day. We mix and proof our own dough daily, cold proofing for 48 hours. We are NOT offered on any 3rd party delivery platforms as we want to serve you face to face and keep our quality controlled and high. This allows us to respond directly with you should the need arise. (And it will on occasion err BUT we will make it right ASAP) Come eat with us, a slice, a sub, a baked Italian favorite or maybe a slice of our homemade cheesecake. Mark, family & staff
