After my experience with Motel 6 the worse hotel I have ever stayed in , RED ROOF INN WAS SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE !! Pet Friendly Hotel with no extra charge, Extremely clean and comfortable rooms and Staff was awesome and very welcoming and friendly, Will be happy to stay there again soon !

Brigette, the desk clerk, is an exceptional employee. She's friendly and personable and always pleasant. She always endeavors to see to my needs whether it's extra towels or getting info I might need or getting things fixed. I stay here often and thank goodness Brigette is here!

Horrible place to stay. Charged a $100 deposit desk clerk said couldn't verify we paid through Expedia? No soap, no breakfast, nursing home instant coffee. When talking to clerk with issues she said you didn't need to stay here. Never again.

This used to be my favorite hotel in Ocala. Right off of I-75, clean, great prices and great service. Not any more. Owners! Please put some money into the hotel. You remodeled it a few years ago. Must have used cheap materials. Walls are paper thin. Sheets and towels are old. BTW. There should be at 4 towels, hand towels and wash cloths in a double room. A man was hanging out in the lobby late at night with no shirt on. Just looking around. There was a problem with my room and no one offered to move me to another room. Said I had to wait until the morning to speak with the manager. The manager was not there the next morning and the person who was there seemed unconcerned. I see the positive reviews. Just don't see how the same hotel gets 5 stars with some folk and 1 with other. Zero stars was really our experience. I hope this gets better. Would hate for it to become a pay by the hour establishment.

The hotel was old but clean. However there was no hot water for a shower in the morning. The staff seemed unconcerned when told about the problem.
