Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Pictures are AI enhanced. If you like mosquitos its a good place to stay Certainly don't book here without a car, its quite isolated from amenities. The staff are very rude. The resort fee is extortionate and is supposed to cover lots of things you actually then have to pay for separately and the so called continental breakfast has nothing continental about it, it is the usual disgusting American fodder

Zero Transparency: The resort fee is not disclosed anywhere on their website or during the booking process. This information is buried on an Important Information page that isn't accessible during the actual booking flow, just when you receive the reservation this information is provided!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I'm reaching out to my booking provider to have this hotel removed from their platform. Practices like this should be subject to review by a consumer protection agency, if such thing would exist in the US.

Nice place but over priced staff was nice. I wasn’t informed they charge you fees that is not informed to you until you get there to check in.

Everything was amazing! This will be my to go for now on. We are Disney pass holders so I like to find hotels near to stay the night. Omg. I loved it. The staff, they were all so polite and nice. I forgot to take pictures because I was having so much fun. The gate at the entrance makes it seem so safe. The breakfast was amazing with a LOT of options. I would recommend adding more waffle makers lol. We love the waffles but having only 2, makes it hard with the high volume of costumers. Besides that, EVERYTHING. Was on point. The beds were so comfortable, my teenagers sleept better than ever. The pool and the playground 10/10 as well. They even have towels in the pool area for guests. I’m already planning my next stay. Thank you! Everything was amazing.

As soon as you walk in it smells good inside the hotel. Check in was pretty easy. The room was the exact same room that was on their website. The floors were tiled which was a plus for me. Room service was offered every 3 days and we left on the 3rd day so I can't review that. I was able to use my phones screen mirror function to watch apps on my phone on the tv. The bed was hard and it's not a complaint because I felt goid upon waking up, no aches and pains. We stayed in the family building which had a family room with 2 microwaves, a tv, a pool table and tables and chairs in case you wanted to eat in there. There was also a deck with with more tables and chairs in case you wanted to relax outside. Downstairs the pool was located next to the family building, next to a very small kiddie play area, about 3 cabanas with lounge chairs and a hammock ob the outside. The breakfast was OK, I think it is a good value for anyone with kids but for me it wasn't. The only meat served was pork sausages and I think it's time these hotels cater to ppl who don't eat pork with some turkey sausages or bacon. The biscuits were soft, there was a waffle machine, eggs that may have been frozen at some point and grits. There was also an assortment of juices, coffee, pound cakes, cereals and parfaits. I had a good time and would definitely stay there again.
