This is a tip notch spa. My best friend and I go every year when we go in December to see ICE. The first year I got a manicure and she got a pedicure which were fantastic but the last 2 times we have gotten side by side facials and they are so relaxing and wonderful!! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The facials are the best ever! The products they use you can also buy and they are the best. My face felt so fresh and beware after. You can use the facilities all day which are all clean and very nice. It is so calming and relaxing the whole time. In December they have a hit cocoa bar set up in the lounge, such a nice treat!

I had a very good time there. I spend a lot of time at spas and I felt the need to write about this one. Was very clean and staff is very informative and friendly. I felt very welcomed right when I arrived. The facial I got was one of the best l've ever had and I added a coconut oil hair treatment and it was simply an amazing relaxing time. The groupon is what l used for the facial and worth every penny! Will go back!

I had a seasonal massage today. The vanilla bourbon massage oil smelled divine! This massage is definitely on my top 5 best list, Dani was incredible. The spa itself is lovely. The quiet room was cozy and the tea selection was nice. My favorite space was the slumber room with zero gravity chairs. I spent an hour just in that room alone. The only negative was that the slumber room is located right off of the ladies waiting room and a group of women were NOT using their “spa voice”.I also utilized the steam room and showers, both were nice.All in all Relache Spa was a wonderful and welcome respite from travel stress.

Disappointed - booked a Spa Treatment for my girlfriend and I - consisting of 50min massage - $170; with Add-ons, well at least I thought because they charged me for each add-on of Oil Scalp massage, foot massage, hand massage, with warm stone massage each costing $35. When we got there they said within that 50mins they would do all these things.. but am I not paying $170 for just the massage? didn't make sense. Usually most spas would just increase the time for each add on but that wasn't the case here at Relache spa. So we ended up booking 2 add-ons only and left with 30mins massage still the same rate. The massage itself was not great, and the therapist seemed like she was in such a rush. Instead of relaxing I felt rushed. My girlfriend wasn't impressed either. Over all the experience was disappointing. The Shower amenity however was AMAZING.. have to get same setup at home!

Wry disappointed. The massage felt rushed and they have no facilities. So you take you massage time to dress and undress in the treatment room. There is no pre relax area. The front desk saw me and a friend waiting. Three of them on the phone at the front desk and none of them bothered to even look up.
