tripadvisorBEDBUGS!! Started off in room 220, wife found 3 big monsters near pillows/on sheet under blanket.. they apologized and changed our room to 330. And immediately upon enter before bringing stuff inside we found 5 more- 2 big ones and 3 smaller. BEWARE- they told Expedia they were FLEAS FROM MY SERVICE DOG.. can you imagine ? Debbie at front desk
MoreStaff was polite and helpful. No elevator (just a heads up), you’ll carry luggage up the stairs. Hallway hot & carpet is filthy, smells musty of mildew. Room a/c was not on & it was very warm, humid and musty smelling. We immediately turned on the a/c, about 4 hours later it felt cool. Shower would not work. There were hair shavings on counter & sink. Afterthought, I will take pictures of my stays from now on. I was honestly grossed out at this point and wished I had brought sheets from home to put on the bed if this was an indicator of the cleanliness of the bedding. This hotel was $87 per night. They charged $30 for cancelling the next two nights. Altogether I was charged $120. My husband is no longer allowed to book our hotel stays.
MoreWe had no problems checking in slightly early. Debby at front desk is warm, open and friendly. You can see she enjoys her job and that makes a difference. We had some miscommunication about our dog but it got cleared up without any issues.Room is sufficient, some marks on the ceiling , you can see some wear and tear , and some cracks here and there. Like most motels water pressure could be a bit better, but nothing to really complain about. Seems quite neat and clean also, even the lobby is pristine. I think the staff is their saving grace. We have only been here for a few hours, so we'll see what the rest of the week brings, but we'd most likely come here again.
MoreReview for Quality Inn, Stuart, Florida – Room 135I’ve traveled to third-world countries and stayed in some rough places, but Room 135 at the Quality Inn in Stuart, Florida, is hands-down the nastiest, dirtiest, and most foul-smelling room I’ve ever encountered. I can’t believe Quality Inn allows this franchise to operate under their name—it’s that bad.The bedding was covered in stains, not just in one spot but multiple, making me question if it had even been washed. The metal fixtures—rusted and corroded—looked like they hadn’t been touched in years, with the tissue holder literally falling off the wall. The carpet was a nightmare, littered with un-vacuumed hair and dirt, so filthy it felt like no one had cleaned it in decades. But the worst part? The smell. When the AC shut off, the room reeked like a neglected dog kennel packed with unbathed dogs. It was so overpowering it made me nauseous—I couldn’t even stay in the room without feeling sick. There’s no way this hotel earned a 4-star rating from legitimate reviews. This place is a disgrace, and Quality Inn should be ashamed to let it carry their brand. Avoid at all costs.
MoreIf you are looking for quality for your $150 plus a night stay, then you should look elsewhere in Stuart. The location was right in town and close to everything but thats where the positives end. The room we stayed in needed major maintenance and updates. There was mold on ceilings, fixtures, phone, beds, holes in walls, rust on fixtures, roaches in bathroom and no security as far as access to the property. The breakfast was bare minimum and restaurant next door smelled of sewage backup. The clientele roaming up and down the halls all hours of the night and in the parking lot were cringeworthy.Won't be returning to this one!
