My husband and I found Lanna spa based on reviews from the Internet. We were skeptical, but were amazingly surprised at how nice the facility was. More importantly, both of our massages were some of the best we’ve ever had. If we ever find ourselves in New Orleans again we will definitely be going back! Don’t hesitate to book with them!

Super relaxing, excellent service, and fantastic skills from the therapists. After my wife’s massage, we returned to the hotel and she thought she lost an important keepsake and worried it fell out in the massage room. The spa was already closed but I sent an email anyway, asking for help to find it - and the owner himself wrote back to promise they’d look for it. Luckily, the item was found at the hotel, but I’m so appreciative for the quick reply and willingness to go above and beyond to help find this important item. Very fitting for the level of customer service and hospitality you experience with Spa Atlantis. We’re going again today for another round of treatments!
MoreThe Spa Atlantis in New Orleans is a very nicely laid out facility and eludes to a relaxing and special client experience, and even has independent rooms, not like most in NOLA, that have 6-8 beds placed next to each other.We found that the couples massage was OK, but honestly was way overpriced for what was given. $280 for 50 minutes, WOW!!!!Perhaps I’m biased but another “very well known” professional place only charges $80 each for 60 minutes. Ok so why 3 stars besides $’s?Well when I was asked how firm I prefer and had said very firm / hard, and the massage therapist confirmed, but resulted in giving at best medium, even when mentioned firmer 3x. Sorry but that resulted in a very low tip.So it’s a nice place , but honestly not planning to return to them.
