We came to this hotel with Go On Girl Bookclub from 6/14 to 6/15. It's a beautiful hotel. The atmosphere is cozy. The bar is very nice. The staff is excellent :Jacob, Nathan, Christian and we especially love Auria and Geri who made us laugh and have enjoyable lunch and dinner. Our rooms were very nice and clean. The location was great to get down town. The value of the room was great. Thanks for a great time.

Great stay at the Sheraton. My room was not on the side of the interstate so I can't comment on noise for all the rooms but my room was possibly one of the quietest rooms I've ever stayed in. The water was always hot. The front desk was friendly. Would recommend.

Rooms are extremely loud from the highway noise. Most elevators did not work: either were shut down entirely, did not go to the floor you selected or stopped at a floor and only opened the doors mid-way (YIKES!) The room service food was not edible - it was like they had cooked the burger 6 hours before.

This hotel is overated and rooms are outdated i had the club level room 1609 and the shower got cold whole i was in it for 30 minutes Elevator in the middle was broken long wait. The club where food and drinks were with the room was dirty and no attendant lacked food and needs cleaned up. This was a very poor maintained hotel with outdated items i spoke with front desk jay who stated they would relay all info to departments and management. I never recieve a reply or email i shoukd get a refund this place at least a 2 star if that do yourself a favor stay somewhere else.

Terrible experience. This is the place for you if you are used to sleeping in the median of a super highway. Even with sound machine in the room, the road noise is unbearably loud. Bed was soft and uncomfortable, room was dusty. Shower did not work as designed and could not be adjusted. At 5:20 am, I was awakened by the alarm clock in the next room which was UNOCCUPIED so I listened to that go off for 15-20 minutes. I would never willingly stay here again.
