My wife and I recently visited South Gwinnett Park for the first time. Located at 2115 McGee Road in the heart of downtown Snellville this small community park covers 23 acres. We visited on a Tuesday morning and basically had the park to ourselves. We spent about an hour walking on the 0.6 mile paved trail. The park has two entrances. Amenities include: Kid’s playground, Baseball/softball fields, Football/multi-purpose field, multiple restrooms, and picnic tables. The park is safe, very clean and well maintained. Open daily sunrise until 11pm. Plenty of parking.
