ok so the front desk person was so unhelpful and i saw a roach and the pics look nothing like the rooms but the toleit seat was broken it smelled like weed the blanket had holes the matress was hard the pillow was super flat just horrible

I called to reserve a room for tomorrow since I'm coming into town TOMORROW. This Indian man was not trying to help me at all, he told me to call tomorrow. I asked why, if I'm coming into town, and I needed to make sure I have a room to sleep in, he told me to not argue with him, and hung up on me. So, I called again after he hung up on me, and I asked for his name, he said he didn't have to give me his name, and wasn't going to give it to me, I'm like well I need a room for tomorrow, he put the phone down and started talking in his language to some lady and hung up on me once again!!W O R S T A T T I T U D E & C U S T O M E R S E R V I C E E V E R!!!!!!!

Could not stay because of problems the rude front desk man would not work with me to solve. Could have been solved if he would have just been patient and worked with me to solve my issues, but did not care.

Cops were swarming the place when we left to go eat. Nothing but drugs deals going on. Its more like people rent it for the week and live there than anything. I usually always check the drawers and under matresses when we walk in but being on a tight schedule (due to car trouble) when we checked we left got in late and was ready for bed, that was until the other doors shutting and opening all night and drug deals happening. Anyway, as checking out I check for any of our left over stuff and I end up raising the mattress,  only to find a tin can thats been there long enough that its made a rust spot on the boxspring, but its full of crack needles and then I open two drawers under the tv to find a box from dominos pizza in each drawer full of old pizza and cheese sticks. Very disgusted. The house keeping comes early in the a.m. when check out isnt until 11, rushing you out and also didnt seem to care what we found in there. As we pull off we watch our room being cleaned up and the maid putting our same bed sheets back on the bed and we even had someone get sick on the sheets. It was by far worst experience of my life. I will NEVER stay here again.

Stayed there a few days. Housekeeping asked every day if I was checking out. The night people are very rude I called down there to get some toilet paper. I was told I should have got some from house keeping it wasn't his problem. I asked. What do I do since housekeeping has gone home he had the nerve to tell me that were was a wall greens open.I walk down there to see which was at the desk. He was white with long hair. They young ladies that checked me in was very sweet and helpful.
