1 not good , I called last night about loud music surrounding me . And the front desk failed to accommodate me . This morning was woken up by loud and chaotic noise at 7 am from the same area . I went down stairs to complain . Rather than the manager accommodating me , he became aggressive towards me and brought up a past situation from my last stay concerning my last stay, which the room had a whole in the wall so of course , I'm in staying there I'm going to complain.I began to ask for another manager because like I stated I just want to be accommodated, not argues at 7 am in the morning. The manager continued to blame and be mad , I asked for a refund . That made him madder .I will not stay where I'm not happy and made out to be a problem .I let them know about the hole in the wall to make the hotel better , I could have told the state and had you all shut down . Everything he stated was false , even his coworker was telling him .I believe it was the workers room because shortly after that , music was blasting again. This is a terrible location with terrible terrible people.

This property defies description. Filthy would be generous. Urine on the *top* of the toilet lid upon arrival, sewer flies in the sink, bashed and battered walls, doors and hallways. Carpet that smells. No elevator. House of horrors - avoid at all costs.Side note: this was booked via a different third party app and the reviews/rating were positive and clearly not accurate. Lesson learned! Always cross check property reviews and ratings on a trusted site.

Property is disgusting. Paid for a premium room and got a room literally in a basement. Lights did not work when I walked in. Used cell phone light to see where I was going, immediately found smashed food and bugs on the floor. Dogs constantly barking in adjacent units. Chunk of wood wedged in sliding window as a makeshift lock. Complained immediately to clerk, she said these issues weren't their fault and refused to cancel my stay. Claimed she did not have permission to offer refunds. Took my room key but refused to give me any paperwork. Called manager who came in and said I don't need any paperwork because they have cameras. Had Expedia call to authorize a cancellation of my booking (which I had made only three hours prior) but they refused to grant it. Explained I would need to file incident report with the police if they refused to give me proper documentation of my transaction. They didn't care. Police were unable to convince owner to issue the refund or to even write acknowledgement that I wasn't staying there. Expedia told me they normally cannot issue refund in this scenario except for how rude and unreasonable the operator was when they spoke, so I got a 100% refund but I was lucky to get it.DO NOT STAY HERE unless saving $10 is your only way to survive and you are willing to have very, very low standards. You are 100% GUARANTEED to be disappointed and this operator will give you NOTHING back once you book. You've been warned.

My work program booked me into this hotel for a couple of weeks, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had—and I've stayed at hundreds worldwide. The manager clearly dislikes his job and makes guests feel unwelcome from the start. You're expected to follow numerous unspoken rules without any initial briefing, such as no visitors after 9 PM, mandatory weekly maid service to change sheets, no leaving pets unattended, minimal personal belongings, and maintaining an excessively clean room. The rules list seems endless. The weekly inspections will happen with or without you. They have no interest in what you may have to do or if you are sick. They don't care what shift you may be working. You are expected to be ready when they knock on the door. They spend all their time looking for reasons to kick out customers. I have never seen them friendly or worried that they are losing customers. This is the first hotel I've ever encountered that performs routine room inspections. It's suited more for older guests on a strict budget who only need a quiet place to sleep. Forget about normal hotel experiences—you can’t argue, play music, have sheet mishaps, cry loudly, or let your dog bark, or you'll immediately be asked to leave. Even common courtesies like quietly shutting doors or promptly answering calls from the front office are strictly enforced. Lose a key, and you'll face angry reprimands and a $5 fine.Room inspections are unreasonably thorough, and your deposit is at risk for even minor infractions such as stained towels, any evidence of smoking, trash left behind, or any minor disorganization. The same two housekeepers perform daily checks, promptly reporting any perceived issues directly to the manager, who will immediately confront and reprimand guests without concern for explanations. Moreover, this hotel is very old, poorly maintained, and badly needs updates. Serious plumbing problems, including water damage on the first floor, are evident. It's unclear what kind of establishment they're trying to be, but comfort, privacy, and basic hospitality certainly aren't part of their offering.

ONE OF THE WORST HOTELS WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT! Not only are the rooms not great, the hallways are EXTREMELY loud. People up all throughout the night and everything echoed. After checkout, a few days later I was looking at the receipt online (since they didn’t give a paper copy) and noticed they charged a $50 smoking fee, even though WE DO NOT SMOKE. Called the front desk twice trying to get a manager on the phone, finally we got them on the phone and they said we put a bag over the smoke detector?!? First of all, no we did not. Second of all, how would that be PROOF of smoking??? They asked if there was a bag on it when we moved in and honestly why would we pay attention to that? When we said ‘I don’t know’ he said that there wasn’t because they have pictures of the day before and there wasn’t one there and pictures of the day we checked out and there was one. I don’t understand how that is our problem. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, essentially calling us liars. I cannot believe they would try to pull something like this when we only stayed for 1 night and didn’t cause any problems. Totally unfair and absolutely ridiculous!
