I’ve bought multiple bikes here. Brad. The wannabe barista is an expert and has always adjusted anything that needed to be adjusted. To the moron that paid 300$ for longer handle bars on academy bikes. One why should he adjust the gears in a cheap bike you bought somewhere else? 150$ for labor and handle bars? May should I suggest big lots or the goodwill store next time?? Cadence 120 is a high end bike shop that caters to getting you exactly what you need. Not Burger King. You get what you pay for. Oo and he always airs up the tires on my bike when I get it serviced precisely to 50psi. I prob didn’t even need to write this. Any person with a brain can tell your review was written by someone miserable and voted for Biden too. . Why you think we ridin bikes?? Gas too expensive!!!!

I bought 4 new bikes there because I like the brands they have. The shop is very nice. The are competent and seem to do a good job adjusting brakes and gears. But they up-sale much more than I like. My last bike I had for about 20 years (a Trek) and 'never' changed the chain, it worked perfectly for 20 years. After 1-1/2 years with my new bikes, they said I needed a new chain. What? Nope! I did not. I understand chain gauges and that they may settle and even stretch slightly, , but if my chain wore out from moderate use after a year and 6-months, I think the chain must have been very low quality to begin with. But it just wasn't needed, it was only an up-sale attempt. So I go back there because they do good work and I like the bikes, but I watch for unneeded attempts of things I don't 'need'!

I’ve been doing business with Cadence 120 for years now and they are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a bike there seven years ago, have ridden and enjoyed it and it has held up perfectly. They’ve kept their word and honored their lifetime adjustments guarantee and it helps me keep the bike running great! Don’t hesitate to do business here. You won’t regret it!

Never go to this place. If zero stars were an option, I'd give zero. I brought my bikes there to get longer handlebars. I was told they would call me with an estimate after checking on the cost for the handlebars and longer cables. No word at all until they called after doing the work. $320. Ridiculous. The clerk was rude and took close to 20 minutes for me to pick up the bikes and pay the ridiculous price. When I asked why it was so expensive the clerk brad essentially told me we had cheap bikes that needed lots of work. Mind you these are brand new bikes from Academy we bought to ride on the beach - no reason to spend a fortune. All we needed were longer handelbars and cables for a comfortable ride. You would recognize the clerk. He looks like a wanna be but semi-intelligent stoner barista. Very lazy, didn't even help open the doors while I was trying to get two bikes out. Looking back I should have known better and test rode the bikes. So incompetent that they didn't even adjust the gears. Neither bike will go into first gear and both click like they are between gears. I considered returning to there and asking them to complete the job. After thinking about it, I wouldn't let them air up the tires. NEVER WASTE A SINGLE HARD EARNED DOLLAR AT THIS INCOMPETENT ESTABLISHMENT.
