Great location, but you do get noise from boats and the highway., even on a high floor. Very friendly check in. Nice rooms with great AC and WiFi. Connected by a sky bridge to the convention center. Would highly recommend.

Terrible experience. We walked into our room and someone else was staying in it. The replacement room had someone else’s food in it and was a double although we paid for a king. We had already wasted 30+ minutes and were tired, so we dealt with the smell of someone’s chicken fries in our room. The rest of the hotel smelled like weed. I don’t get these food reviews. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free. It’s not safe or clean.

Was here for a business meeting. The rooms were exceptionally nice, very clean. A place smelled wonderful and staff was excellent. Had a wonderful time. There would not mind visiting again on a pleasure trip.

Service was great amenities were great at the restaurant Harry was good he recommended the lamb chops and they were great. Staff was so friendly Will definitely be back again soon

When we First arrived at valet, they were pleasant and helpful. We just left the beach and needed somewhere to wind down. I like I met 3 different joes on the valet team. Valet manager John was terrific. Kaden grabbed my car on departure and helped with my luggage. The hotel is wonderful. VERY big, pool on the 4th floor along with the gym is a great touch. Early morning coffees at the shop along with great buffet style breakfast with the lady Juanita. Such a great smile and super helpful. We will definitely be back and recommend to anyone.
