This was easily one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed at, and I would never come back. We waited an extra-long time for a supposedly clean room, but when we finally got inside, it was still filthy. The room looked like it had barely been cleaned, and the overall condition made us feel uncomfortable even touching things. There were roaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable. The pots and pans they provided were nasty, dirty, and looked like they had not been properly washed. The entire place felt unsanitary and poorly maintained. I honestly would not even feel comfortable letting my dog stay here.On top of the disgusting conditions, the key card stopped working and had to be reset every single day. The hotel was clearly understaffed, and the workers were rude and unhelpful. Management was even worse—very disrespectful, dismissive, and showed no concern about the problems we experienced. The only positive thing about this hotel is that it is close to the freeway. Other than that, the cleanliness, customer service, and management were all terrible. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Everyone is friendly and they have great customers service Housekeeping is excellent Maintenance is excellent everything stay nice and clean Manager is excellent she very observant They always checking to see if everything ok my Family stay is excellent

Room was good and the front desk was always courteous and welcoming. I’ve seen each lady on the desk and all were awesome. Shout out to the manager Jacqunita New for being personable and running a great crew. There is laundry on site as well as vending machines. Plenty pillows on each bed and the beds were comfy as well as the blankets and sheets.

Very clean, nice staff, truly enjoyed my stay being I have a bigger family the room was more them enough room for me and my family to be comfortable. Will being staying again in the future. Very safe environment.. love that I felt safe during my time there.

I was quite pleased with the service of the staff, friendliness, professionalism and their ability to go above normal workmanship. The facility was A1, parking lot always clean rooms always maintain trash cans always empty. An I am a frequent business traveler.
