tripadvisorNice hotel. Quiet. Nice touch to have a shuttle to take you to the city.
MoreMy stay at this hMy stay at this hotel had both positive and negative aspects. On the plus side, the room was quite comfortable, providing the rest I needed, and the breakfast was excellent, with variety and good service. However, there were notable structural and operational issues. The bathroom door lacked a latch, which significantly affected privacy. Additionally, the wireless network did not reach the building where I stayed (building 3). When I reported the problem to the front desk, the staff member showed a lack of preparation and empathy, simply assuming the issue was on my end because the signal worked fine in the main building. It became clear that the property lacks a proper network infrastructure, like a mesh system, to ensure coverage throughout the property. In summary, this is a hotel with potential, but it needs improvements in maintenance and staff training. I would consider staying here again only if there were no better options nearby.
MorePaid $5 to get dropped off and picked up in downtown Saint Augustine. This is a steal if you know parking is hard to find and it’s $20 to park in a garage. Nick Patel with the Hotel Shuttle was awesome! I would recommend using the hotel shuttle for your future needs.
MoreI have stayed at this location several times. But the first time with quality inn. The breakfast was ok. Ir was the same thing everyday(i stayed 4 nights i was told after 3 nights the would freshed up. That never happenðs. Tbe cleaning crew only spoke spanish.
MoreI would give a 0 if I could. After 15 hours of driving, we arrived at the motel and there were handicap accessibility issues and the pictures online were a misrepresentation of the place. We got to our room and when weturned on the bathroom light there was a loud continuous buzzingsound that did not stop until the light was turned off. We wentback to the front desk and played the sound for the employee, aswell as expressing our other frustrations. They told us we had to contact booking.com for a refund. We contacted booking.com and they told us we had to contact the hotel. We were told the owner, Nick Patel, said the reservation was nonrefundable and it is up to him whether to refund the money and he chose not to. We also had to pay a $10 fee for parking that we did not get back. The employee hung up on us when i asked what qualified for a refund if misrepresenting the property and handicap accessibility violations did not warrant a refund. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Commission on Human Relations for handicap violations. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I also filed a complaint with corporate Quality Inns. Sad I have to go to this extreme because Nick Patel couldn't do the right thing and refund our money, which was only for one night! ADA compliance fines will cost him more than $125?
