We love them!! Rebecca helped us with all our transportation needs while on our trip.They picked up my party of 12 and easily git is ro our Hotel.The drivers are so friendly..we had Alex and Rhet pick us up and took us to the port the next day ..timley and safely and we made arrangements to be picked up after our cruise and be taken directly to MCO..the experiences have been terrific and we only use them now.

I've used Beachline quite a bit...Just give them a call and you get info where shuttle is and timing. I live in Florida close to cruise port and wanted a shuttle that was closer to home, and convenient. Their service is exceptional and I recommend you call them when debarking, or waiting for embarkation. Absolutely great service with phone calls.

January 19, 2025 eight of us prepaid to use this shuttle, Beachine Transportation from our hotel, in Cocoa Beach to MSC port. After making sure the driver had all our luggage we proceeded and the entire time we were on the shuttle he spoke to a friend on the speaker. He also did not allow us out to personal oversee getting our luggage and he did not remain to make sure we had all our luggage once we we left off the bus Long story short..there was one port stop before ours..passengers released only after he, alone went out to get luggage. He proceeded to our port..still talking to his friend..and repeated the process of unloading without our presence and then leaving immediately. I noted my husband’s carry on not there, my son-in-law ran after bus and made him look inside container..it not there. We immediately contacted the shuttle company to let them know and try to locate as we had a few hours before leaving. They never even tried as we found out when we called from the ship the next day. My husband had only the clothes on his back for the entire week, as we were unable to find/replace most of his clothes on the private island and ports visited. When we got home we contacted the shuttle to try to have them take responsibility for the loss of his luggage and clothes and we only got an email to contact him at…which he has ignored despite the fact that our luggage was lost while on ships shuttle due to an irresponsible driver whose unprofessional actions left it somewhere before we ever got to the port. Imagine the week we endured keeping my husband in clean underclothes, socks etc. since we were only able to find and purchase a few shirts. That left a lot of necessary clean clothes gone…yes a constant vacation of constantly rewashing to try and have clean clothes

I am writing this to help save others the experience that we had....we parked before our cruise at a hotel lot which didn't look to secure but there was no problem with the car when we returned...we waited 40 minutes to get picked up when I called to ask when we would get picked up I was told the driver was there before 10 am but our scheduled time was 10 am so she said she would call and have another driver get us he did come and got us to the ship later than our other family who took Uber.. after the cruise we found the spot for pick up and were told the driver would be there in 30 minutes because that's what they promised we'll we waited over an hour and were told it was traffic but both other parties that traveled with us had no issues one was taken to an area hotel the other made it to MCO airport which is 50 minutes away before we even got picked up ....please use a better company like cruise control transportation which provided excellent service for our friends we wish we had used them as well..and I read reviews before booking I just hope this saves someone else a bad experience like us .

Worst experience EVER! Shuttle bus with a trailer hitch pulls up, puts your bags in the trailer. The driver announces on the bus after everyones luggage is loaded up,When we get to the ship terminal no one gets off the bus until the bags are unloaded. We had 3 terminals to stop at and mine was the 3rd. When I got off 1 of my bags was missing, the driver insisted I left it at the hotel. A very nice gentleman intervened and told the driver he saw that bag being put on the trailer. It turns out the driver put my bag the wrong ship. We could not go on our cruise all of documents were in that bag.
