John Howard Homes is located in Mobile, Alabama and has been Mobile's hometown builder for over 40 years. We specialize in custom homes, but keep a pool of spec houses for those who need a quick move in . Many times buyers do not want to make all the decisions that can come with building a custom home, in that case pick out one of our spec houses that our in house decorator has already done the hard work and you reap the benefits of a professional decorated home. Nothing like a move-in ready home. Perfect walls without any nail holes, no hand prints on the walls, an oven and range that is spotless for it has never been used, new a/c that comes with a warranty, new roof that is worry free for many a year, clean carpets and flooring missing spots from previous tenants/owners, bathrooms with sparkling fixtures and clean grout. This list of pros for being the first owners of a new home can go on and on. But most importantly is the John Howard quality that comes in every home with that special 2-10 warranty that is provided for each of our homes.
