Bikram Yoga Centreville's certified yoga instructors provide high quality instruction for the Bikram Yoga beginners' series. Our 90 minute classes are taught in a heated studio that is clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. All adults (18 and up) are welcome and no yoga experience is required to do a Bikram Yoga class. Young adults from 15-17 are also welcome but will need a parental guardian to accompany them to their first class. Whatever they may be, we will listen and support you through your goals. Come change your life through the practice of this amazing yoga and start experiencing mental and physical healing immediately.
