We recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Dizzy Castle, and it was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They made the entire party stress-free so we could focus on celebrating and making memories.The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had so many fun activities that kept all of the kids entertained from start to finish. The party room was set up nicely, and everything ran smoothly. Our party host was attentive, organized, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the celebration.My daughter had the best birthday, and all of our guests commented on how much fun their kids had. We couldn’t have asked for a better party experience. Thank you to everyone at Dizzy Castle for making her special day so memorable—we’ll definitely be back!

My son loves Dizzy Castle! We have had birthdays at other places and this by far was the best! You can tell the place has recently been revamped (all new netting and new steps and floors) and had a massive deep clean. There is a bunch of new features in the structure including a whole new ball area. The birthday rooms are all really cool with different murals and the play structure kept my son and his friends occupied for hours they didn’t want to leave. It’s nice that there is no time limit (you can even leave and come back) Parents are free. The staff were very attentive during the party always making sure we had anything we needed before asking and the food was really good and fair priced! We ended up buying the 10 play pass which is a really good deal

Cool kids place with good food, came for a birthday party and everyone had a good time. Will definitely go back or have a party here

This place was alright, but there was a girl who not only treated me and my family woth kindness but she was very patient with us since we were new. My mom didnt know any english so I usually have to translate for her but the girl knew spanish and kindly explained to my mom how things work and if she needed help ordering food that she is more then happy to help her, I really apperiated her. I think her name was laura. Paitent and gave us a few laughs. This place is family friendly because of people like her. Will definitely visit again!

Im sorry what are these reviews! Your complaining that its dusty?! Its a god damn kids place its gonna build up dust. ALSO ITS NOT GONNA SMELL GOOD/BE CLEAN ITS A KIDS PLACE!Also they literally cant maitnance it every five seconds their already losing money, so yes it'll have a little bit of scratches/damage your kids will be fine its not that bad I promise little Timmy isn't gonna drop dead because of a lil dust/damage on the play place (XD). AND YES YOUR KIDS MIGHT GET BRUISES ITS A BIG KIDS PLACE WHERE KIDS CAN RUN AND ROAM FREE OBVI THERE NOT GONNA BE QUIET AND WALK IN A STRAIGHT LINE! LET YOUR KIDS BE KIDS AND SURE THAT MIGHT RESULT IN SCRATCHES/BRUISES BUT I PROMISE YOUR KIDS WONT GET AIDS OR WHATEVER YALL ARE WAYYYY TO SOFT ON YOUR CHILDREN! XD
