We just stayed at this location. I usually stay at Hilton Brand, but we went with a group. Most of the stay was ok and I thought maybe I should branch out from Hilton brands. When checking out I notified the front desk of two problems that I had during my stay. I did not notify them until checkout because I was in and out so much as we were busy. We had a lock issue with the door but we figured a way to finagle it to keep it locked. Our second issue was more annoying but again did not required a change of room, etc. The shower leaked above the ceiling. It was a significant leak. Upon checkout, I notified the front desk. I was not in search of any refunds or anything. I just wanted to notify them for future guests. We stayed in room #719. The manager offered a $100 refund toward our two night stay. She advised she had maintenance on staff that day and was going to advise them to check into it. I received my bill and the $100 was not taken off. Again, I did not ask for anything, but the lady told me she would give it to me so I called customer service. They checked into it and said nothing was noted in my account or for the room and there’s already new guests there. I am disappointed that my concerns were not noted and now another guests will be dealing with the sane issues I had due to lack of listening to their guests. DISAPPOINTING!

Great hotel. Always happy to stay at this Drury. This time I left my headphones after checking out, and the staff were so helpful with finding and holding them for me. Highly recommend if you need to stay in the Brentwood area.

The hotel staff were so friendly! The decor is swanky and super comfortable. Felt high end. The main areas and rooms were very clean. The restaurant and bar stayed open until midnight most nights. We arrived around 10 pm and were starving. It was so nice to be able to eat and relax. Didn’t get to partake in the breakfast or complimentary snacks and drinks but love that they were available. Great experience overall and I have already recommended this spot to family and friends.

Such a pleasant hotel! Great location, friendly front desk team, and clean rooms. We always choose this hotel when visiting St. Louis.
