Reviews
tripadvisorVery nice hotel near the riverwalk , clean , easy parking , modern room , good AC. The on site restaurant sandwiches and fries were excellent as were all the staff in the hotel. Sad to see a few homeless and spaced out people outside but we would stay again.
MoreThe room was nice, but they offered nothing for breakfast. They should have at least had some muffins and simple things to give their guest while the bistro was closed for some reason. They definitely should have done these repairs in the dead of winter instead. I’m sure the hotel saved thousands of dollars a day skimping out on giving their mentioned included breakfast.
MoreMy partner and I stayed at the Marriott to attend an evening event at the Convention Center. We love being able to walk inside to and from the event. We also love that the hotel allows Pueblo County residents to stay there. Thank you.
MoreChose this Marriott out of the three downtown to stay at since it was the furthest away from I-25 and potential interstate noise. It was “ok”. Staff was very friendly. Renovations were going on, however, we were on the 7th floor and arrived later in the day and left early in the morning so that did not affect us. Our room was average. AC did work and we had two queen beds. Bathroom needed a better cleaning from prior guests and bathroom towels should have been recycled. Lots of stains on towels that made them feel dirty. Shower head needed replacement. Toilet felt like at any moment it was going to need a plunger and maintenance help. There was a short burst of late night traffic racing which is basically a thing along I-25 (Santa Fe, Albuquerque, etc). Hotel was within minutes of the river walk area and restaurants so that was nice. Really nothing provided for breakfast so one would have to seek that elsewhere. Considering other options, most likely would look to stay elsewhere next time.
MoreI was extremely disappointed by this stay. My room had no Working air and room was over 80 degrees during the night with no fan. Asked to have it fixed when I went to dinner and when I got back it was still not working. I’m the morning no blow dryer was in the room. Called to get one sent up and no one ever came? Had to leave with damp hair for the conference. Could barely sleep with no AC. Awful experience
