This was a pretty good store to find souvenirs. They also have a penny smashing machine, which I love. We ended up getting a few things there. If you have young kids, be warned: there were shirts and other merchandise that had designs and words on it that you might want to be aware of. Inappropriate for kids.

The absolute worst customer service thanks to a rude store attendant (I didn't get her name, but with reddish/brown hair and tattoos). I needed assistance getting a shirt from a mounted display rack. The lines were extremely long and two attendants were checking out customers. I decided to stand in line to get assistance when I finally saw this disrespectful person walking towards the front counter. I tapped her on her back to get her attention since she was ignoring customers. Her response was you don't have to touch!. I explained what I needed and she told me to wait while she commenced to straightening hangers and collecting trash. By this time, everyone in my line was perplexed and another person remarked on her inappropriate don't touch comment. I was still waiting in line when she came back and yelled who wanted the shirt? When I acknowledged my presence and told her what I wanted, she appeared clueless yet everyone in line knew exactly what I was describing since it was clearly visible. She continued with negative banter, but I was dismissive. She told me there were only 2 sizes--small or a 4X. I told her to give me the larger one on the rack. She came back with NO shirt while the cashier checked me out. When I asked her where was the shirt, her response was I told you there was only a small and 4X. Finally, another customer chimed in and said, she told you the 4X! She was so impatient and unwilling to help. As an executive, I have to address and de-escalate complaints when my staff fails to meet expectations. However, I can only imagine how someone with less social experience, critical thinking skills, or empathy would feel dealing with someone so unprofessional. Fortunately, she misread the sizes and the 4X was actually an XL which is what I wanted in the first place. I was in Nashville for business, and it will be my last time visiting this store. The cashier overheard most of the conversation and apologized for her coworker's bad attitude. This immature, disrespectful person should be terminated immediately since she doesn't know how to deal with people.

Great place on Broadway to purchase Nashville souveniers. Great selection of T Shirts, and other great items from shot glasses to musical instruments to home decorations. Would definitely shop there again. Plus, Elvis is just outside the door for a good photo op.

$68 for a ladies hoodie.... not worth it! Plenty pull overs available in the bars for $20. We did buy a wine glass here for $10 though as a keep sake
