My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Boot Country in Nashville, Tennessee! We noticed the discount sign out front and saw that the store was packed with people shopping, so we decided to stop in. We’re so glad we did!As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by Adrian, and he was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Adrian took the time to help us find the right sizes, colors, and styles, and thanks to his expertise, we ended up purchasing four pairs of cowboy boots! The entire experience was welcoming, relaxed, and enjoyable. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. Honestly, without Adrian’s help, we probably would have walked out empty-handed. He truly went above and beyond and represented Boot Country extremely well.If you’re visiting Nashville, be sure to stop by Boot Country! You’ll find a great selection, and with the right help, you’ll be looking like a real country star when you leave. Thank you, Boot Country, and a huge thank-you to Adrian for making our experience such a great one!

Not worth your time. They only have 1 staff member looking for sizes at a time. Then they don’t have majority of sizes in different colors. Waited 30 minutes to try on 1 pair of shoes. The staff were also rude when you asked questions. The deal is not worth the customer service.

I love their collection, but what stood out to me was how inviting and friendly they are. Very helpful, polite, and warm. The style of their boots and hats were very affordable and stylish. We stayed for a while just talking to a gentleman who worked there for about 20 minutes. And that was prior to us actually buying our hats. I love how he went out of his way to find out information for us. It was a pretty decent crowd in terms of the store, but it was also quite big, so the experience was still very good. They are best for their entire collection and great customer service. They are also pet friendly, but always make sure to call in advance to confirm.

We were walking up to the shop with our kids to see if they were open, as we arrived 3 people walked out, so I held the door open. A man walked up to the door and started screaming at me “WE’RE NOT OPEN” … He screamed in front of my 5 children, who are terrified after the experience, and then he slammed the door in my face! I got such a fright I’m still shaking. Such a shame, we were about to buy 7 pairs of boots.

On a recent grown daughter & mom trip X 2 visit to Nashville we stopped into Boot Country for a fun morning of trying on authentic cowboy boots. We didn't actually plan on buying any (sorry) but the staff were so great and we were having so much fun we ended up with 4 pairs! No we never felt any pressure to buy at all, and the 4th pair were 50% off. Now I know the locals must have been rolling their eyes and I sincerely apologize for it, but we all had to wear our new boots to the Grand 'Ol the next night and had a fabulous time. We didn't try to go full cowgirl boots, hats and horses, just boots and cute little dresses. Will we ever wear these again, who knows but the experience was worth ever penny and the memory will last forever. One thing we learned on that Nashville visit, if you aren't going there to have fun then just don't go!
