Superb selection of Civil War books. Lots of really old leather-bound books. Plenty of other selections of other subjects and topics. Staff is friendly and helpful. This bookstore should be designated a world heritage site. Needs to expand hours it is open to 10-6 instead of 10-3. If you are a book lover, this is worth going out of your way to visit.

I've purchased some very fine old books at great prices at the original Elder's Bookstore on Ellston. Note, they have moved and I'm looking forward to visiting their new location at 101 White Bridge Road, Nashville, TN 37209
