Not too impressed with this Hilton. Toilet seat broken, water barely warm, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and we couldn’t find an ice machine that worked. The host at the front desk was kind enough to go to the kitchen and bring me some ice. I’ve come to expect more from a Hilton. On a positive note, each and every staff member were extremely courteous and helpful.

This is the best hilton garden inn in Tennessee. Moved from New York and like it. Alot of lbgtq bars. This is better than new york and florida. Stay away from Gatlinburg hilton garden inn. Not good. Stay at margaritas ville instead. Pigeon forge is happening too.

This hotel was a great stay us and our (almost) 2 year old son. It’s less than ten minute walking distance from the aquarium, several restaurants. You cannot beat the location. The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. 1 star off b/c breakfast was not included.

Great hotel for seeing all that downtown had to offer. Nice staff and beautiful lobby. The king room was average and the lighting was horrible. I brought a small makeup mirror and there was a desk with a lamp that allowed me to see to put on makeup. Overall an ok stay.

All staff members were very nice, impressively friendly, and helpful, and the hotel itself from the lobby to the room was very clean and modern-looking. Great location in downtown. Very comfortable. The breakfast area and quality was very nice.
