I can't really say what my actual experience is because I couldn't book an appointment. They apparently can't accommodate a party of 4 for a spa day. Too many people. Really? I would not advertise as a top spa when you can't facilitate multiple people at the same time. You can't call anyone in? You will happily turn away business instead? No thank you.
MoreBooked a 90 minute facial for my wife. She had a surgery the next day and I wanted something special. They stopped at 60 minutes. The aesthetician said she misread the order. Oh Well! No biggie I guess. Customer doesn’t matter. Not going back to the spa for special occasions.

His professionalism and calm, grounded presence immediately put me at ease, creating a sense of trust that allowed me to fully “let go” during my lovely Lavender Lemon Drop 90‑minute special treatment.His intuitive, confident hands melted away my stress and guided me into a state of deep relaxation and bliss. By the end, I felt completely transported—renewed, peaceful, and genuinely cared for.Oh and I also loved the salt room, the other room with a giant crystal (cannot remember the name of), the steam room, sauna, and showers!I just LOVE the Spa at the Atlantis and am so grateful that it is in my neighborhood!
MoreIt seems nice but I'm staying here for one day and I want to use a hot tub and they don't have hot tubs indoors. So I would like to get a day pass but I can't because I leave tomorrow. So I have no options I'm just screwed. When I go to a hotel I look for beds and a hot tub. You guys have so many hot tubs in the spa and none inside. Maybe have a half day or 4 hours for the spa hot tubs for PAYING guest not just 200 dollar messages.
MoreWas there before appointment time, had to wait because check in area was very busy. Was taken to women's lobby, it was extremely busy with people and hot in there. Massage therapist did not do a traditional Lomi Lomi, it was not even a good massage as a regular massage. I was left with oil all over body and hair and massage ended earlier than the time I paid for. With the price being over 200.00 I will never go back. Staff was not great.
