Susan goes above and beyond to support vendors and customers alike, and her positive energy sets the tone for the entire space.Unfortunately, I noticed there’s a 1-star review floating around that seems to be mistakenly posted for another business with a similar name. That reviewer described a manager who was “nasty,” which absolutely does not reflect Susan or this Southern Market at all. Beautiful place to visit in Knoxville with family and friends. Perfect weather and awesome walking distances for cardio, the shops and restaurants are there for your shopping needs and necessary beverages or eats. Friendly southern hospitality. Good Christian people.

Excellent customer service and a curated selection of local home goods and personal items. There are several rooms that house mini collections from artists and vendors. I would highly recommend this store to someone looking for a special gift.

I love this store! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The staff are so friendly and helpful. You will definitely get lost in here! There is so much to see. You can find something for everyone here. I would recommend this store to everyone!
