tripadvisorThis hotel does not meet the standards of other Hilton hotels I’m used to staying in. It is not well maintained. The light over the mirror in our bathroom did not work…. Neither did the bed side lamp. Trying to fix my hair with the dim lighting was very frustrating. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel…. And we were without hand soap the entire time. We were told they were waiting on a truck to deliver some. Looking at prior reviews…. Looks like they’ve been out for some time. I cannot understand not running to the dollar store and buying some?! Makes me wonder about eating breakfast here if there’s no hand soap in the building. I am a Hilton diamond member, and they did not have the complementary waters our entire stay either. I do not recommend. Definitely would not stay here again.
MoreHorrible place to stay . No toilet paper in the bathroom no hand soap no shampoo. Asked the front desk for hand soap they didn’t have it either.Property overall is dirty and not kept up . I would not recommend anyone staying here . It’s a shame on Hampton inn name . I thought this is one of the decent chain in the hotel industry.
MoreWe love Hampton Inns. Though this one was older, we felt we couldn't go wrong. The entire hotel had a humidity problem. The tile in the room was slick; there was stuff growing on the ceiling and the carpet seemed damp. Dirt/make up stains on the door frames, breakfast not ready 30 minutes after it was supposed to start, and the final straw was the brown water running out of the hot water tap. Unfortunately this Hampton is not worth staying at.
MoreThis is the absolute worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. The rooms were filthy, the television didn't work, makeup stains on pillow cases, sticky substances on countertops and furniture, and torn carpet. My family and I were driving across country for a relocation and expected the Hilton brand to provide a clean and quality accommodation. They fell considerably short. In fact, a two-bit highway-side motel would have been a better accommodation!
MoreGreat experience at this Hilton property!!! After being told there were no more room at another property Hampton stepped in and did the job. Ms Kim, Shanell, and Deloris were all great with helping me and my son navigate through the hotel and made sure everything was good with us. Thank you ladies
