Rusted decorative hardware. Gate install was only 4 months ago.

Here is the electrical panel as you can see no longer can be screwed down flush because the way they've run their wiring creates a bulge.

This is what they call professionally mounting the cable wiring. I've asked numerous times for them to clean this up

Poor quality job they did to weld the frame support to my stucco home they didn't tape off so you can see the burn weld marks and ugly

Outline of rusted decorative hardware (which was the wrong one to begin with) i had to remove and replace on my own

Lots of rust along the gate frame, this is only 4 months new.

Here is the $1k magnetic gate lock they upsold and overcharged me, missing screw shows the quality of the install job.

Vance is the best!!!! He gave me a bid on Monday and installed the gate 2 days later! His workmanship and customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend him.

Would not do business with again. Vance installed an iron gate at my residence and did a very rush job because they arrived late on a weekend (they chose the day) and were in a hurry to leave....
