yelpI have been to at least three local Firestone shops around Memphis, and this one is consistently a bad experience. I actually witnessed the manager get in to a shouting argument with a customer...
MoreJeff is a liar, my fault for being naive but he tricked me into applying for a Firestone card after I clearly stated I did not want one. Very dishonest service.
MoreFinally got a call back. Was told new management was taking over. That's good I was offered to be taken care of but honestly I will go where I've been going before due to being cheaper even...
MoreI want to personally give two workers an around of applause Mr. Elsie and Mr. Rick they both amazing and very helpful. I was having a stressful morning and they were both able to get me in and out...
