I stay here very frequently for business. I started my stay here because Tahneceya at the desk got me in from Lakefront. Thank goodness! Since staying here often I genuinely look forward to the constantly great service and guest appreciation and friendly environment. This family environment makes me feel like I’m home when I’m away from home. I love Michelle at the bar she’s always taking great care of me and I look forward to seeing her here all the time.

After being up for 24 hours working, my coworker and I, returned to our original hotel and were turned away when we requested an extension or a late checkout. Desperate to get some rest, we called marriot and spoke with Tahneceya. Tahnecea listened to our plight and was incredible understanding. She searched her inventory and allowed us to book a room and go in immediately for rest. After 24 hours on our feet and desperate for sleep, Tahneceya came thru in a big way! Thanks, for saving our work trip Tahneceya!

After being awake for more hours than I can remember, we booked this hotel and tried to see if there were any available rooms before normal check in and the start of our next shift. Arriving at the hotel I was greeted by Tahneceya who received us warmly and after describing our plight she searched her inventory to find a room for us. May not mean much to most but it made all the difference for my co-worker and I to be able to accomplish the tasks our company sent us here to do. We appreciate the warm reception and can do attitude Tahneceya provided.

Had a great stay here while in Anchorage. Hotel staff was all super friendly and helpful. Particularly Nick and Jaylynn in the kitchen who helped me out with something before my flight so I didn't have to go to the grocery store!!

Friendly staff. Good location. Breakfast was included. Enjoyed our stay. They give you water at the front desk whenever you need it and have the most delicious mints!
