DO NOT USE!!! I would give them zero stars if I could. They completely discolored my rug. They guy showed up with a buffer and a Bissell out of the back of their car. Could have done that myself....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Just ask them how they clean the carpet in detail. Ask why they use a buffer instead of water and vacuum.
