First time at this AT&T Store but my wife is in there frequently. She has always been pleased with the service she gets. We moved to Trilogy which is less than a mile away from the AT&T Store...

They say one thing to sign you up and don't support what they say. Get it in writing. I am guessing they won't support it. Keep your paperwork and know what you get in the mail is false promise .

Went to the Huntersville ATT store to upgrade a couple of lphones. Was not busy waited 3-5 min before I got help. I asked the guy about upgrading to the iPhone 13. He said let me think if we have...

Eddie and Matt were able to help me replace my broken phone. In and out in 20 minutes and we're super friendly through the whole process. Highly recommend this location!

Don't go to this AT&T they always get everything wrong & have to deal with customer service every single time. Bunch of idiots to be 100% honest.
