Mike was a great guide and very good at managing our group - most of whom had never been on a Segway. This was one of the safest Segway tours we have been on - no street riding (other than a few crosswalks), and pretty smooth even surfaces. The stops were great and scenic and I learned a few interesting facts I did not know about the city. I highly recommend this tour!

Just got off my Segway with Mike as our tour guide. It was wonderful in spite of a little rain. Mike was a great tour guide and Segway instructor! Would recommend this tour to see the Museum District of Chicago! Lots of fun!

we took the 3 hour chicago segway tour. We did plenty of sight seeing in and around Grant Park. 4* instead of 5* because we're used to travelling a bit further on segway tours elsewhere but not sure how practical that would be here as Chicago roads and pavements are busy. We were well led throughout and I'm very happy to recommend City Segways and segway tours generally. We have used CIty Segways elsewhere in USA and Europe. Always good

We have completed a number of Segway tours and this was one of the best. We were visiting Chicago with friends and they had never been on a Segway before, so this was an excellent tour to take them on to show them parts of the city.

Jake seems like a very personable guy. We luckily had our own tour with no one else on it (we came late October on a Wednesday) and it was a blast. He definitely knew his stuff and I mean definitely. I would definitely recommend this company over the other companies in the millennium park area. 10/10
