Paul took the time before we got near the water to help us undertand what was ahead of us in our American River Trip. Safety was first!Along the way he pointed out features, put the raft in the perfect spot for each rapid section and gave us local information during the more relaxing periods. Wonderful service, great guides, super location! My family highly recommends Tahoe Whitewater. I'm 68 with a new knee and a new shoulder and Ivan our team leader placed our family with Brice. All the guides were amazing, we got to see close up Ivan, Skler, Sage, Diesel &Willow and they were like magicians on the Whitewater. But, thank you! Thank you!!! Ivan for placing this old guy with Brice. Our ride down the river was like riding in a Lexus but we were in a raft. Brice trained us well on how and to paddle to help him out but with his steering thru out the course we really didn't need to work that hard at all, it was amazing! If you're on the fence on whether or not you can handle Whitewater rafting, take it from this old guy, you have to go to Tahoe Whitewater, you will truly be in good hands!

This was such a fun experience. You should take into account who you are with when rafting. If you are an adult with three children and on a raft it will be uneven. Make sure you have at least two adults and that they can listen well and paddle when asked. If not you will end up in the water! We had an even group and everyone that we had in our raft listened well and was able to paddle. So we had a great experience and our guide was top-notch! I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys being outdoors and is into an adventure on the water.

Fun, knowledgeable crew. First impression of meetup at office was off putting but all the equipment was top notch and crew was fun and excellent. Would highly recommend. Good time!
