The Detroit airport location in the terminal A was the worst experience of my life. I have never experienced more uninterested, rude employees in my life. I will never go back to the spa again. First and last visit.

My partner and I went in to get our nails done. Although there were 2 employees there, no one greeted us when we walked in. They continued to have their conversation. We looked over the menu and still no one acknowledged us. My partner finally said Hello with a smile on her face. The young lady say “Hello” with an attitude and “Stank face”. The young man says “What do you want”! My partner and I walked out. I could hear them laughing. I’m not sure what we walked into but if you don’t like your job….leave!

Looking for the vegan nail service in my home town..my manicure has lasted over 2 weeks! Most pleased with the results.

We walked in after being asked if we needed help. I said yes we both want 30 min chair massages. There are 3 employees in there with no customers. The girl asked us to sign in and they would call us when they had a cancellation , wait what? I’m confused. They have no customers in the store, I don’t understand. Then she confirmed that we were not even guaranteed a massage. Not sure what their business model is but this doesn’t seem to be lucrative or effective. Need to mention- One employee is sitting in a massage chair and the other 2 after signing us in sit down at the nail table. I’d say this place is a racket! And management needs to look into the employee productivity.

Oh Dear! I just had the best massage of my life. Who would have thought an airport massage could change your day! Derrick D is so amazing, I plan to stop on my way back through on Sunday just to see him again!
