Location was not in a good spot to walk to Cynthia WMP. We drove over to another hotel and parked in the lot there - where family was staying. From Hyatt would have been a 30 minute walk. Otherwise, it was a wonderful hotel and the staff was top notch. Beautiful and clean. Breakfast was just so-so. I would stay here again, but would be better prepared with the location and would plan to eat breakfast out.

We love staying at the Hyatt The Woodlands. Meets all our expectations. Highly recommend it. We've stayed here multiple times and it's proximity to the Cynthia Pavillion and shopping mall/centers are great.

Overall very good experience. I recently switched from Marriott to Hyatt and have not been disappointed. I should have switched years ago.

For a stay in the Woodlands I highly recommend this facility, Staff is personable and attentive. Common areas are clean and appealing. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. I did not use the exercise facility but it was well equipped
