Not good. The bathrooms have been neglected for so long that the jacuzzi tub is black. Mold covered the shower curtain. Water pressure in the shower is contingent on how hot the water is. Prepare to pay for all your sins if you like hot showers. A return visit will not be forthcoming.

MoreEast Gaulbert Location. I spent my LAST to get a room. I was not notified about the $100 deposit before I arrived. I told the employee at the front counter that I’d be RIGHT back with the deposit fee. Came back & they cancelled my reservation without my consent & they also did not inform me of the cancellation. I had 3 kids with me (5, 4 & 1) who were hot, hungry & ready to swim ! They said there was NOTHING they could do to reverse the cancellation or even give me a complimentary room for the “mistake” THEY made. I never told them to cancel my reservation. I had to drive around for FOUR more hours, with my babies in the car, to find another room for the evening. I FINALLY found a room for us at another hotel. Staff was rude & very inconsiderate of my situation & the fact that I had BABIES with me !! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Reasonably priced, but not worth the headache or the hassle. Very unprofessional & inconsiderate.
MoreStayed here due to limited local options from a local music fest.Good: Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had waffles.Bad: Room smelled horrible- mix of stale cigarettes, moist, and bad BO. I'm guessing due to this moisture (?), the bathroom had rust and mold/stains all over what was supposed to be the jet tub. Bathroom door towel bar was missing and there were zero body towels. Did not use bath at all as a result. Friend woke up with bug bites on legs, arms, and torso. If we had known it was this bad, would have just slept overnight in the car.
