The services received were not as described. I needed a refund on charges at this hotel May 2026. The hotel was for homeless persons, no trash pickup, no clean sheets, no clean towels. The electricity went out for 10 hours. There was only one security guard who sat on the couch. The hotel will not refund my money. The hotel smelled bad.

We came to see the Kentucky Derby and stayed at the Hotel Louisville. This is a great place to stay for a cheaper rate. The room was clean but dated the bed was amazing. This is a converted hotel to part of it a half way house for those trying to get back on their feet. It’s an amazing cause the people here are learning skills to use as they get back on their feet. I would 1 million percent stay here again. Every one was super nice and they had fresh flowers and plants everywhere. There was a lady making the most amazing hats for sale in the lobby when you walk in for the Kentucky Derby.

The Cardinal Crossing Cafe is an excellent spot to eat! They have the BEST lunch, and the customer service is impeccable! Sammy is always there and has the best personality! We eat there several times a week! Great place to grab a tasty and affordable lunch while having a great conversation with Sammy! Definitely recommended!

Love the Cardinal Crossing Cafe! For only $5 you can get a plate of hot food. Love going for lunch. Always tasty! My favorite days are Meatloaf Mondays. The fried chicken is great, and the pizza is fantastic! Everyone is so friendly. Sammi is the best!!! :)
