We truly enjoyed our stay here. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. I believe her name was Nikki who checked us in Friday night, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s those little personal touches and her kindness that really made our experience special. We'll definitely be back!
MoreWe were a little concerned to stay here after reading some reviews but this was one of my favorite places that we’ve ever stayed! Every single staff member that we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The night desk worker was very friendly and helpful when I needed something at 2:00 am in the morning and didn’t hesitate to help me. The room had a stove top that was good to cook on. They do have some cookware but I brought my own, I usually do that. They had several washing machines and dryers and I was genuinely surprised to see that they were free to use. Also their gym has two treadmills and an elliptical and a bike I believe. Their weights are dumbbells and I believe go up to 50lbs. We were her for a big basketball event and we will stay here again next year!Also I felt 0% worried about the location. It is near an industrial complex. It was clean and we had no issues with anything during our stay. Our daughter slept on the couch bed and said it was comfortable.

MoreMy flight was canceled, so I booked this place from the airport with no option for cancellation because it was after midnight. I took an Uber to the hotel and found that there was no staff on site. A sign posted said to call a number, which just rang to the front desk. After an hour of trying to cancel over the phone with a central reservation service, I gave up and went elsewhere at 2 a.m. I was charged for both rooms as a no-show. There were 10 to 12 others in the lobby with the same story.
MoreLast minute find and stay. only 20 minutes MAX to downtown louisville. Staff was great and rooms were perfect. We will definitely be back!
