Fare Ride was excellent. Our group booked a large SUV for a business event and the chauffeur did a great job. He knew exactly where to go and didn’t have to stare at a phone. We all felt so comfortable knowing his eyes were focused entirely on the road.

Fare Ride has been the perfect option for us and our staff. They’ve been on time and very reliable in the Ann Arbor area. Our experience has always been pleasant.

DO NOT USE THIS TAXI COMPANY.Confirmed 5:00am pickup for flight back to San Francisco both via email and phone.After waiting for 15 minutes, I repeatedly called only to receive an email at 5:50am: The driver was assigned to get you. We sorry we can’t reach him. I’m not sure why he canceled this trip. The dispatch is calling to find another driver but nobody is responding. We apologize for the inconvenience.No one ever came to pick me up and I was forced to take the Michigan Flyer.When I asked if I would be getting reimbursed for missing a flight that cost *hundreds of dollars*, I got the following response: We are contacting the driver. He’s responsible for this failure... he must take responsibility.Translation: No, we will not pay you back in any capacity for this costly mistake.It has been almost a week since this happened l have still not been financially compensated in any way.

We had a pleasant time riding with Fare Ride. The chauffeurs were awesome and we never had any problems with tardiness. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful for visitors like us. They even provided car seats for our children. Everything went very well and we will definitely recommend them to anyone.

The car was very comfortable and on time, chauffeur met us at Detroit airport and definitely was very courteous. Everything went very smoothly. Highly recommendable service.
