Masterson Station Park Park

Spread over 659 acres of land, the Masterson Station Park functions as a green lung to the city of Lexington where families and friends can rent out spaces for picnics with barbecue grills, indoor toilets, volleyball courts and tables. An indoor horse-riding arena makes this park a great option for equestrian lovers who do not have to stray out of the main city. Dog-lovers too have a great time with their furry comrades who can frolic around the specially designated areas equipped with water hydrants and shady trees.

We had a great time playing after a full day in the car. Nice large park with a great playground. Plenty to do for kids and even adults.

We came on a Saturday afternoon as we had seen online they had a great kids park. The park itself is quite large but everything is well marked. The kids area was open except the splash pad, even the restrooms were open. They have a lot of different areas for all age kids. We thought it would be crowded on a Saturday but there were only two other kids there. They have picnic tables with covers for large groups and also a few tables around the play structure. Great park.

It was a very nice location. Soccer fields were well laid out. The organizers of the event did a good job also. Didn't see a lot of concessions opportunities.

Fun afternoon, plenty for kids to do, adults could enjoy a variety of food & drink options. There were chairs to sit down, but not enough of them. There were covered shelters with benches, but were mostly occupied.
