I used Gold Shield's charter bus to drive 50 family members touring the Cincinnati and Dayton area. Gold Shield was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, Bob helped me find the perfect charter bus. On the day of the event, Chris was an incredible driver. The bus was clean, had nice black leather seats, a bathroom, and multiple TVs. Chris was a good communicator, arrived early, stayed late, and did multiple drop-offs. Overall, I highly recommend Gold Shield.

Most of the drivers were pleasant and helpful, go over and beyond to help center bank guest get home. They would say drop us off t Lexington Griffin Gate Marriott while heading to the Clarion and etc. They however need to understand that guest on the hotel site might not know where the pick up area is, most of the drivers see you standing at the drop off point nd drive pass and in and out while you wait and wonder why all the buses pass and leave through yonder exit without picking you up. The gentleman at the center bank that assist guests , pleasant, helpful and amazing. That's why I gave a four wont make the few unpleasant and unhelpful drivers scar their efforts.
