Great place to shop. Friendly ,courteous staff. Lots of items to choose from. I see alot of older items that remind me of my childhood. Very neat and organized well. Clean floors and restrooms.

Tuesday 7/14/2020 my father was excited because he found a bedroom set at the Peddler’s Mall in Frankfort and planned to take my mom to show her on Wednesday 07/15/2020. They love antiquing and were looking forward to it. On Wednesday, when they went and purchased the bedroom suite and a few other items, spending over $1000. My father, who is 81 and has a pacemaker parked in the fire lane to load up the furniture. The short heavy-set woman with black hair made him move his truck out of the fire lane. He had to move the heavy antique furniture across the parking lot in the heat wearing a mask. She would not help, told them she did not have anyone to help and then refused to let them pick the furniture up on Saturday when they could get some help from their kids. She said they could only hold it for 48 hours. There was a small sign high above the register that said they would not be responsible to help move, but my dad did not see it. There was not a sign that said they would only hold it for 48 hours. OH, and no returns so he couldn’t get his money back and return on Saturday. The hateful woman told my parents to go get a neighbor to help them. All of us kids work, but had made plans to help them on Saturday. My mom is legally blind and uses a walker. The hateful woman told her to move away from her because she had stuff to do and my mom was in her space and that people had to stay 6 feet apart. Who treats people this way? My eighty-one-year-old parents are moving heavy furniture by themselves while she watches and then when my mom was dragging a piece to help my dad, and it was too heavy to lift the hateful woman barks at her from across the store at my mom not to scratch her floor. It is a already scratched up painted cement floor. They had to make 2 trips on the return trip, there was a vehicle in the fire lane, obviously people the awful woman knew, as she was laughing with them, there were four of them, all of whom were in front of the entrance, my parents had to walk around all of them to get the rest of their furniture. Needless to say, this was a terrible, terrible, experience for them and it took the joy away from the furniture find. Wednesday evening, my dad is dizzy and my mom feels like she has pulled something in her stomach. Both of my parents went to bed and have not felt well since their ordeal. I am so very very angry! What kind of place is this that treats customers this way?? Is this horrible woman an owner? Because if she is not she has NO business in customer service. None. . I am so very, very angry! We will not be back, and I will post this review on all over the internet. My parents deserve an apology, this is totally unacceptable.

A great thrift store mall with booths for young and old, male and female. If you are a thrift store shopper as I am, then this mall is for you. I spent half a day looking at all the bargains. Has most everything from food to books, tools to dishes.

Nice first impression…a bunch of negative signs plastered all over the front of the building. That right there should have been a dead giveaway. If you’re into battery-operated singing bass-type crap, this is the place for you. Sure, there are a few booths with collectibles, and a few that I would loosely call antiques, but, for the most part, it’s mostly filled with stuff that places like Big Lots and General Dollar couldn’t get rid of. The kicker that sent us out the door was the fact that both bathrooms were out of order. Both, really? As we were leaving, I asked the lady at the counter, “Are both bathrooms REALLY out of order?” She said, “Yep. They’ve been out of order four times now.” Here’s an idea: stick a crowbar in your wallet and pay to have them fixed. I’m not legal expert, but I do know that if a company chooses to allow public access to their bathrooms, they have to make sure the facilities conform to local plumbing codes and to the Americans with Disabilities Act. Another thing, if these are the only two bathrooms on the premises, they are breaking the law…businesses are required to provide restroom facilities for their employees. If you’re into antiques and collectibles, and you happen to be in the area, do yourself a favor and give this place a pass….it’s not worth the effort, time, or aggravation.

I can't say that there was anything of interest there. Sometimes you can go to a place like this and find a treasure or two. Not at this place. However, if you were looking for Confederate flag sheets, throws, hats, and T-shirts this is certainly s place to purchase them. It's in the same strip mall area as the Goodwill Store. Perhaps I should have gone in there instead.
