This is a fabulous bookstore in an ideal shopping location. Madison has much to offer for a weekend girls getaway. I make it a habit to find independent bookstores in cities I visit. I look for an organized, visually friendly well stocked store. A Mystery To Me bookstore is friendly and knowledgeable. It is cozy and neat. The staff is friendly. I loved the amount of paperback mystery books available. I truly loved all the staff picks with descriptions of the story. If you love books you must visit.

Lovely independent bookstore specializing in mystery novels BUT there is so much more. A nice children's section, top reads and stationery. The owner and staff are most helpful and are willing to order anything they do not stock. Lots of weekly events: book readings signings, etc. A really nice space and worth a visit when in Madison.
