tripadvisorIt had been a few years since I'd gone here because everyone's streaming music now, but a family member recently got into vinyl records and gave me a few album titles to look for. I was lucky and found one (it was new, so it wasn't as cheap as a typical used vinyl record in Portland, e.g.), but it was worth it. Bull Moose will order any (almost) vinyl record you want and have it delivered to the store closest to you, which is great. I also went to the one in Biddeford and found two vinyl records on the list (again, new and a little pricy, but everything's expensive now, so it's all relative).
MoreA fantastic store to find Books of all kinds, DVD's, Cd's and other things. Bought several books and a DVD. The DVD works great. They were very friendly and nice. Such a large selection to choose from. So happy we found this location. Our daughter loved the young teen section.
MoreI typically shop at the Bullmoose in Portsmouth because I've been going there for years, but I went to the Scarborough Bullmoose to find a certain Leon Russell CD. This store is three times the size of the one in Portsmouth, with an incredible choice of new and used CDs, vinyl, DVDs, games, etc. The store employees are great at helping you find whatever you're looking for. You could spend hours browsing here.
MoreBull Moose Music is in the Payne Road Plaza which is directly across from Scarborough Gallery on Gallery Blvd. After dining at the Texas Roadhouse across the road in Scarborough Gallery, we visited Bull Moose Music. This store is about 25% larger than the one in Portsmouth, NH and about 33% larger than the one in Sanford, ME. On our visit, we found a great section of new and used CD’s, a good selection of vinyl, movies, video games, board games, books for all ages, toys, and gifts. Whimsical items of interest were the Finger Cats. There were four different ones – a tuxedo cat, a butterscotch and white tabby, a gray, and a Siamese. They were very cute and only $1.97 each. The store was well-stocked with video games for every platform. There was a poster announcing that they planned to have Maine native Stephen King’s latest novel “The Outsider” in stock at a discount on May 22nd. We rate Bull Moose Music at 5.0 and recommend a visit. If you found this review helpful, please click THANK below.
