In 1985, a small caf opened inside a fitness center in Rochester, NY. As unassuming as it was on the outside, the inside held a secret that would transform this little caf into a catering service that set the gold standard for the Rochester area. The secret? Well there was more than one, but above and beyond the commitment to fresh ingredients prepared to perfection, unique and interesting service, there was the most coveted of all qualities -- a sure sense of the right personal touch for every client. Corporate Lunch Since its founding over a quarter century ago, Sarkis Catering has evolved into a leader in serving the full range of event and entertainment needs, from weddings, anniversaries, corporate catering, holidays, religious or church events, graduations and sports banquets and more. Indeed, Sarkis Caterings expertise and ability to accommodate all needs, culinary and nutritional, has made us a leader in childcare catering. From our modest beginning through our service to Rochesters largest corporations and institutions, such as University of Rochester, Sarkis devotes the same care, time and attention to every client, large and small.
