Gave it a 5.0 but more like a 4.8. Here we go:-Great check in and out service. Noon check out very nice. Front desk personnel were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Well done!-Popcorn, hot chocolate, and cookies in the evening were a nice touchl 24-hour coffee and tea service.-Very good, FREE breakfast even though I only ate bagels.-Parking is $20 a night in a patrolled and well lit and fenced in lot. No free parking. I don't recommend parking on the street in back of the hotel.-Room cleaned and tidied up daily. Well done to Housekeeping!-Relatively quiet. Beds comfy.-Great interent service and nice tv selection (HBO is the premium service).-Easy access to downtown Denver and major highways. About 45 minutes with traffic to/from Denver International. If there is an accident, its probably 1 hour 15 minutes.-Plenty of nearby dining options. Suggest resturants by the Hilton Garden Inn a few blocks down. Cuba Cuba is pretty cool.--Nice walking area at Infinity Park one block over or go down to Cherry Creek trail (about 1/2 mile towards Denver). Rest of the area is a little run down or going through a rebirth. There are some homeless, but they are harmless. Just hurtng souls. Was never bothered or asked for money.-We had a slight drain blockage in our shower. Maintenance came up and corrected within an hour of being notified and it was a weekend day.-One elevator was down during our stay. We used the service elevator as an alternative. No big deal. It was a weekend, so I'm sure they know have an elevator repair person on the issue.

Outstanding staff highlighted this trip as Joey went above and beyond late at night to help me with a problem I had on my end. Can’t say enough about the amazing attitude and efficient service. I have stayed here during past visits and love the location and ease of parking and access.

Nice location and clean rooms. The only disappointment was they kept running out of coffee every day. It would take some time to get the coffee pots refilled. Other wise the place is very nice and staff is friendly.

I stayed at Hyaat place denver cherry creek(Sep 13- 16) on a prepaid package. At check-in, I was told there would be a $100 incidental hold. instead they placed an unexplained $450 pending authorization on checkout . When I called to ask why, the operations manager was extremely rude and refused to release the money after 6 days . Unacceptable service and hidden holds - Avoid this hotel

I can't say enough positive things about my stay. The staff, the cleanliness, the included breakfast. I felt so welcomed, yet so respected of my privacy. It was the best hotel experience I have had in a long time!
