I understand the Coast Guard is investigating pulling this companies license?? This company is so incompetent. We were stranded for 6-hours hours after the Zac Brown Concert….apparently the “captain” was so incompetent, he ran the boat up on the Rocks so hard that he could NOT get it off the ROCKS after the concert. No apologies or compensation offered! Many passengers ended up taking UBER at their own expense

Cruise for Zac Brown ended terribly with no return trip after boat was docked improperly. Stranded until 1am, with no compensation for our troubles

I got to experience a cruise down the Ohio River on the “Spirit of Cincinnati”. We were treated to a delicious lunch of ambrosia salad, ham, chicken croquette, scalloped potatoes, lemon bar, and brownies. We also were entertained with music from the 50s, 60s, & 70s. It was very relaxing listening to music and watching the scenery go by. If you have never been on a River cruise, do it!!

I had a group there for a dinner cruise on Friday, Sept. 13. A great way to celebrate a Friday 13th. The group were blown away by the food and Captain Dennis' sharing of the history of the area. It was all a wonderful experience for the group.

Our tour group spent a few evening hours on the Spirit of Cincinnati. There was quite an incline to get on and off the boat. The staff should be commended for assisting those in wheelchairs who had to be pushed both ways. We really enjoyed the entertainment by a male/female duo. We were offered a buffet which was average and had no choice for dessert, which was red velvet cake. We were comfortable in the air-conditioned section and liked being able to go to the top area to enjoy the views of the nearby stadiums, aquarium and more. We enjoyed the views more than anything else.
