tripadvisorRoom was expensive for what you got, overall mostly paying for the location of the hotel
MoreBianca and Sarah were fantastic! What a hidden gem in Western Masschusetts. Great breakfasts. We'll be back!
MoreUpdated, clean, friendly staff, UNO’s restaurant on site so weary travelers don’t have to go far for dinner. Thank you Hilton!
MoreThe location is very convenient to route 91. The staff was very friendly from the front desk to housekeeping & maintenance. The hotel is immaculate. The breakfast included with your stay was great & the environment was soothing. The hotel was built well so you don’t hear noise from your neighbors on the sides or overhead. All in all it was a great stay & I’ll return next year!
MoreI stayed at your Springfield, MA location July 18–20 and I have no idea how this passed as Hilton standard. • My room (261) had broken blinds that wouldn’t close, so sunlight and constant truck stop lights beamed in all night — paired with honking from semis right outside. • I could hear the family in the room beside me like they were in mine — not sure if it was the vents or just paper-thin walls, but I had zero privacy or peace. • Then construction crews began working across the hall from me before 8:30am on Monday, running saws, industrial vacuums, and loud tools at 8:15am — so forget sleeping in. • Staff shrugged and said, “We’re under construction, nothing we can do.” • Then you charged me an extra $100 I never authorized.I paid over $500 for what felt like a Super 8 beside a truck depot.Your signs claim “We guarantee your stay will be the best it can be.”This was the worst hotel experience of my life.No service. No accountability. No rest. This was supposed to be a relaxing weekend with a loved one — it turned into a nightmare.
