Location is very easily accessible and quietAtmosphere is very welcoming, warm and peacefulRoom is very spacious accommodating, able to be converted from a living space to a workspace or places to rest and relaxValue is through the roof with a high tempo job career definitely somewhere I appreciate to hang my hatLastly, we want to talk about two individuals preparing would seem like home-cooked meals for myself and all the guests Debbie and Theresa both go above and beyond adhering to individuals needs as well maintaining exemplary standardsOf course, I believe this all comes from Hilton’s core values and standards that are set and also in the local level with Mike communicating and drivingfor those same standards. What an awesome hotel experience.

I was on a family trip and we stayed here for three nights. First and foremost, some of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever come across right there. I knew we were gonna have a good trip. The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere was very comfortable. If we ever come out to this area again, this is exactly where I plan on staying.

We had an extraordinary time in Greenville this weekend. The icing on the cake was my stay at the Homewood Suited by Hilton specifically 102 Carolina Place Parkway. The hotel is clean. The aesthetics are amazing. The rooms are designed smart. The kitchen staff is friendly. The front counter staff is friendly. Especially Ebony and Antonio. They were very personable and approachable. I received text messages checking on me throughout my stay which made me feel like a valued customer. I did have an issue while staying there but it was resolved immediately. I definitely appreciate a company that values customer satisfaction over filling rooms. I will be staying there again and again when I travel to Greenville.

Walking in on Friday Night; I was greeted by Antonio & instantly knew our stay was going to be an absolute Delight.Then in the morning, running a few minutes Behind; I was lovingly doted on by Ms. Tracy & her customer service was a priceless Find. Sweet as can Be; a finer representation of excellence, I challenge you to find Thee.Although I didn’t catch the name of her amazing Teammates; It will suffice to say, there hospitality Elevates.Elevates the Experience, the warmth and the Love; What an incredible Blessing from our Lord & Savior Above.But the delightful story doesn’t stop There; Literally everywhere I went, I felt like I was walking on Air.The maintenance Man, my Friend; Homewood Suites by Hilton, Greenville, on you, can always Depend.Those are just a few of the friends that crossed our Path during our Stay; And as we went to Depart, their Leader, Chris was extremely pleased to hear about his team & our Fabulous Stay.So, may this little note express my Appreciation; For although we are traveling on, your hotel, your staff, your customer service…could easily pass for a dream Destination.Thanks, Brent

They have been very graceful and super helpful during our unscheduled and last minute visit to Greenville. Hotel totally newly renovated, which is hard to find nowadays. Super clean. Great staff.
